Eberechi Eze

Founder

Ebere, the founder, sits as a trustee for the foundation and continues to uphold the values and direction we go in. Ebere is central to the relationships we build and the partnerships within the sporting world, aiding with connecting opportunities with young people who are associated with the charity.  He feels strongly about positively guiding youth in line with what their interests are and developing their experiences in the working world.

Lindsay

Trustee

Ben Lindsay OBE is founder of Power The Fight, launched in 2019, Power the Fight is an award-winning charity which tackles violence affecting young people. Ben was awarded an OBE in King Charles’ first New Years Honours List for services to communities in SE London. His first book, the No1 Bestseller, We Need To Talk About Race – Understanding the Black Experience in White Majority Churches was released in July 2019 through SPCK Publishing.

Ikechi
Eze

TRUSTEE

Ikechi Eze is the COO of the Eze Foundation. With a strong background in mentoring students and fostering meaningful relationships with schools across London, Ikechi has been instrumental in creating pathways for youth to unlock their full potential. His passion lies in providing opportunities in the workplace for driven and motivated young individuals, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to achieve success.

Charlie Thomas

Trustee

Charlie Thomas was elected our chair in August 2024. He lives in London and has been involved in charitable initiatives focused on sports and mental health throughout his career and studies. Charlie heads the Digital Strategy department at CAA Sports and has worked with, and advised, world class athletes and blue chip brands for close to a decade across a variety of sports and industries.

KEMI Bramwell

Trustee

Kemi has a history degree from the University of London and has also studied Law. She has worked as a paralegal in insurance and clinical negligence for several years whilst also pursuing a career as a Professional Singer and is a member of the Kingdom Choir who sang at the Royal Wedding of Harry and Meghan in 2018. Kemi is passionate about helping the youth and has taught teenagers in local church’s for a number of years, acquiring a certificate in Christian Counselling.

Trustee

Joel is a versatile professional with expertise in videography, photography, event planning, and mentoring. He has a wealth of experience working within sports and community initiatives and has made a significant impact by mentoring young adults. His creative skills, combined with his dedication to guiding and empowering others, make him a valuable asset in any project focused on youth development and community engagement.

HABIAK

Trustee

Jan is a digital expert with extensive sports and community experience, having previously worked with Badu, where they played a key role in supporting individuals from underprivileged backgrounds reach their full potential. Jan combines a strong technical skill set with a deep commitment to social impact, leveraging digital solutions to empower communities and create lasting change.
